Клауэром объяснение кейнсианского равновесия в условиях неполной занятости; Клауэр предложил отказаться от неоклассического предположения о том, что корректировка цен происходит одновременно на всех рынках, так как, когда предприниматели принимают решение о найме работников, они рассматривают это только с точки зрения существующего эффективного спроса и своих расходов на заработную плату и не учитывают того дополнительно спроса, который вызовет наем этих работников; другими словами, решения на рынке труда и решения на потребительском рынке принимаются разными людьми в разное время, и в таких условиях возможно возникновение проблем с достижением равновесия при полной занятости)See:Англо-русский экономический словарь > dual decision hypothesis
